4 I found this PDF on the Tracfone web site, gives information about how to use the menu functions, including Bluetooth activation. Still looking additional resources.

3 I have EXACT same problem - just a Quick Start card and no detailed User Manual available - and LG.com doesn't recognize Model # !!! If you know of solution to this problem, please post URL here with tag for LG420G.
