Question About LG Electronics Cell Phone LG420G
text messaging...

how can I change the setting on my LG420g cell phone from "new multimedia" to "new text message" ? It is somehow stuck on multimedia for texting and I do not want that.

4 mine was doing the same thing this came from a different web page (not my words) but i tried it and it worked so here it goes messages screen > Message Settings > Multimedia Message > Delivery Report > Request Report -Turn off and... messages screen > Message Settings > Multimedia Message > Read reply > Request reply - Turn off.....

2 i had the same problem and i had to get my husband to fix it u have to turn all your reply request and reply notices off if this dont work let me know i will get step by step instructions from him
