2 My computer cannot find the application needed to download the pictures from my phone to the hard drive. What do I need to do to be able to get th is done? I have pictures on my phone that I truly would like to print.

0 the only way i have been able to download pics from my phone to my laptop is via bluetooth. another thing you can try is to send the pictures to your email account then save them from there
