purchase if the unit is defective in
workmanship or materials. Proof of
purchase is required. All applicable
implied warranties, including the
implied warranty of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose,
given to you by law are hereby limited
in duration of this warranty. UNDER
NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL
AMERIPHONE BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.
