Adjusting the Phone’s Volume Settings
You can adjust your phone’s volume settings to suit your needs and
your environment.
To adjust the ringer,key beep, or earpiece volume:
1. Press Menu (left softkey ) to access the main menu.
2. Select Settings ().
3. Scroll to Sounds and press .
4. Scroll to Volumeand press .
5. Select the item you wish to change and press .
6. Using the navigation key, choose a volume level and press .
Alert Notification
Your Sprint PCS Phone can alert you with an audible tone when you
change service areas, once a minute during a voice call, or when a call
has been connected.
To enable or disable alert sounds:
1. Press Menu (left softkey ) to access the main menu.
2. Select Settings ().
3. Scroll to Sounds and press .
4. Scroll to Alerts and press .
5. Select your desired option and press .
6. If you selected Service Change, Minute Beep, Call Connect,or
Signal Fade, select On or Off. If you selected Voicemail Alerts or
Message Alerts, select Silent, Vib once, Vib & Sound, Custom, 1 Low
beep
, Low beeps,1 Loud beep, or Loud beeps.

Tip:
You can adjust the ringer volume in standby mode (or the earpiece
volume during a call) by using the volume keys on the side of your phone.
