  Mobile phone is locked    Once the phone switched back on, wrong pass was inserted hence is locked at present, requesting PUK... number etc.. could you help since we can not even find the user guide..

  changing sim cards    I tried to change sim card on my cell phone and it didn't work so switched back to my oringal sim card now phone doesn't work at all. I know batter is charged fully. Can I change cards, did I do something wrong.
