To remove your device from quarantine, try the following:
If services aren't correctly activated on the SIM card in your device, try using a different SIM card or changing your
wireless service plan.
If your device is running a version the BlackBerry 10 OS that your organization doesn't support, contact your
administrator to update to a supported version.
If the EMM solution from BlackBerry detects that the security of your device is compromised, contact your
administrator for information about how to reinstall the BlackBerry 10 OS.
If you still can't unlock your work space, contact your administrator.
BlackBerry Blend
You can use BlackBerry Blend to stay connected and interact with your BlackBerry device from your computer or tablet.
When you use BlackBerry Blend, you can access your messages, files, events, and contacts on your computer or tablet the
same way you'd use them on your device.

Open a browser with a secure connection to view private information from your organization's intranet, if your device is
associated with a BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10.

Turn on mobile network access for BlackBerry Blend
BlackBerry Blend works when your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or mobile network , or a computer using a USB cable
connection. To turn on the mobile network connection:
1. On your device, on the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
