Add a contact from the BlackBerry Hub
1. In the BlackBerry Hub, touch and hold a message.

Tap .
To add the contact to an existing contact entry (for example, to add a new email address for a contact), tap a
contact from the list.
To add the contact as a new contact, tap .
3. Tap Save.
Refresh your list of messages
If you added an email account that doesn't support push messaging services, you can refresh the BlackBerry Hub to check
for new messages.
In the BlackBerry Hub, tap > .
Customizing BlackBerry Hub settings
You can customize a variety of settings in the BlackBerry Hub. For example, you can change your default email address or
calendar, or the order that your accounts appear in. You can also set an out-of-office reply using your
BlackBerry device.
Set an out-of-office reply
Some email accounts might not support out-of-office replies.
1.
In the BlackBerry Hub, tap > > Email Accounts.
2. Tap an email account.
3. Turn on the Send Automatic Replies switch.
4. Do any of the following:
To send out-of-office replies inside your organization, enter a message in the Reply with field.
To specify a start time and end time to send out-of-office replies, turn on the Send Automatic Replies Between
Specific Dates switch.
To send out-of-office replies outside your organization, turn on the Send Automatic Replies Outside of the
Organization
switch. If you want the message in your external out-of-office replies to be something different from
your internal out-of-office replies, enter a message in the Reply with field.
