1. On the Home screen or in a folder, click the Options icon.
2. Click Device > Status.
3. Press the key > Database Sizes.

If your email account uses a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, your organization might not permit you to add or update device applications. For
more information, contact your administrator.
Try the following actions:
• Verify that your BlackBerry® device is connected to the wireless network.
• Verify that your device has enough memory to add or update the application.
