  default no. 9 when trying to dial    When trying to make a call the number 9 appears on the screen by default. What I must do in order to fix this problem and have a clear screen to dial the number I want?

  Base-H/set comm failure    The one and only headset cannot connect to the base (Base 1 flashing).
  Tried to reset and then register the H/set, selected specifically Base 1, checked base connections, but nada. Any suggestions?
