Address’ (HostID) will be passed as the parameter to display in the browser.

The Mobile Connect bookmark type will rely on the operating system to determine and launch
the proper application. The bookmark is expected to be properly configured for launch. The
Mobile Connect app will attempt to launch it as is. (for example, telnet://server)
