This command sets the daylight saving time hours.
<exitcause> Description
Integer Exit cause according to GSM 04.08 reported when
returning to Idle state (<ccstatus> = 0)
<number> Description
String String type phone number of format specified by <type>.
Only valid for <ccstatus> = 1 (Calling)
<type> Description
Type of address octet in integer format (refer to GSM
04.08, subclause 10.5.4.7)
