5 I had this problem and In short the best thing you can do is take it to an apple store. The technicians there will be able to get you in no problem. If for whatever reason you really don't want to go that route you can always try to plug it into your computer. Once connected open your phone using iTunes and perform a factory reset. However I have heard mixed reviews on this it may or may not work and you run the risk of loosing personal files. My advice take it to apple and let the pros deal with it.
