Arrived in England with 3G sim in phone the 3G net...

Arrived in England with 3G sim in phone the 3G network isn't connecting. Have tried inserting and re inserting sim, also removing and reinserting battery. Just come to uk from Iceland. The phone sent a text from Iceland but won't work in uk.
