i am not able to recieve other peoples information on my cell phone when they call me direct. I can recieve there number but you koe where it says name....I can't recieve that information. i have been told its because my phone is an old version of the i833 and i wanted to know if there is a way i can upgrade my phone some how or will i just have to get another phone??
