I bought the software for VZ access manager, I was told I needed this to be able to transfer my video & photo files from my phone to my computer via the usb cable that came with the drivers & software. I can not find where to find my files on the phone through my computer. I do not have internet or e-mail on my phone. I do not have a micro sd card either.
