Question About Helio Cell Phone None
Helio phone help...

I recently bought a helio phone and it keeps turning off and on. I cannot use it at all. I put it on the charger all night, and it still wont work. If I dont have it on the charger, it turns off and on, and even when I have it on the charger, it still turns off. Please help me.
