I have this phone but all of a sudden the speaker volume has reduced permanently, and i am not able to hear the incoming calls properly, though by increasing the audio volume, But by using headset there is no issue of audio in headset, Also i would like to know how to take the backup for SMS stored in my phone , I have nearly 1000 SMS. Also SMS placed in trash box are not getting deleted even after running command of clear all sms. please help
