I bought a HYDRO a few weeks ago & I've had nothing but trouble. First it gets very hot when charging. Second it won't recognize my SD. Then I've no external storage. How do I fix these issues?

0 I had to get friend to format my SD, then phone was able to see it. But now n then SD crashes when more than half full. Only have 4g card.
