Question About LG Electronics Cell Phone Shine
Can't Bluetooth...

I have the bluetooth turned on but it is unable to locate any other bluetooth enabled devices and other bluetooth devices state no new devices found. I have my phone set to visible but it is unable to ever find another phone and no other phones can find it.
