Question About LG Electronics Cell Phone KG320S
can't make calls...

I have this phone and it accepts my service provider's SIM card (cingular). When I look into my contact list from the SIM card, it lists all the numbers I have in it. However, I cannot make/recieve any calls. When I try to call, it says "no roaming" and "emergency only". Hope you can help me with this problem.
