I deleted some stuff out of the miscellaneous memory and...

I deleted some stuff out of the miscellaneous memory and now I can't get past the home screen the only thing on my screen is emergency call I have an LG Optomis from Tracphone Wireless through Straight Talk I already took the battery out for a while but I still can't get into my settings to do a factory reset. I hope someone can help me.
