I try to put a number code and the phone lock on me. it asking for a 8 number puk code which I don't have or know this is one of the worst phones I have had. and I call customer service and keep getting a machine.

0 I have a manual and there is nothing in the manual on how to unlock this phone.i need to unlock it I have more than 2400.00 mins , invested. I even went to the store I bought it and could not get any help..
