I'm having problems settng up voice mailbox too. I got a little farther with it at first but I entered an incorrect phone number and now there seems to be no way to reset and start over. Worse, if I follow the instructions at http://www.tracfone.com/jsplib/get_voicemail_page.jsp?task=voice_mail_ins It tells me my serial number is invalid. I have the original paperwork right in front of me. it is 013643008623052 it's an LG440g, should work BTW, it's a tracfone Thanks!
