mp3, music manager help...

i cant get my lg pc suite to let me connect to the mucis manager, this means i cant put mp3 from pc to phone...help!

0 plugged the phone into the usb and installed the pc suite, but when i get to the connection wizard it says no phone connected when it is! some advice?!
