My lgl31l phone locks up, will not let me text or ...

My lgl31l phone locks up, will not let me text or answer calls. It will often say force close, very slow when doing anything. I have taken battery out and done several factory resets. I call and nothing gets accomplished. Can anyone help. I bought the phone one nov 25th 2014.
