Question About LG Electronics Cell Phone CU500V
no sound...

I'm playing the mp3's on my phone and there is no sound. I looked over the manual and cant figure it out. I have all the volumes up. There is a icon of a headphone at the top and thought that might have something to do with it but cant get rid of it. It wont play the ring tones either. Please help
