when i call my home voice mailbox it asks for passcode and then tells me to push the pound key. It asks twice and hangs up like it doesn't hear the pound key being pushed. This is a brand new phone. Does anyone know if this is a problem with this phone or is it MY phone? I can call my mailbox from other phones and get through. The other thing i can't seem to figure out is how to make the speaker work. It says its a hands free speaker phone, but i can't find it anywhere in my phone to turn it on or raise the volume or even where it is.
