Question About LG Electronics Cell Phone B2100
sound problem/too far...

My B2100 have seriously sound problem.when I receive any call, I can't hear clearly or sound too far.I'm not sure whether my speaker or programming got problem.I tried to reset my default setting but never know default reset setting. What should I do ? Regards zubir
