I have two issues with this phone. 1) I lose service easily. Right now I am using an old phone that never loses service. Can I do anything to improve the connection on my shine? 2) The keypad will not work when I am in voicemail. I can hang up and dial voicemail, yet I can not get a responce for anything else such as saving or deleting. It is not the carrier it is the keypad. Can I fix this problem? Thank you!
