bluetooth and charger...

i recently got the phone from a chinese import andf cannot find the bluetooth can anyone tell me where it is. and at this stage my phone does not charge can anyone offer advice.

0 got the phone and need manuel as well. tho the phone has started to say need usb burn can any one please tell me what this means?
