Question About NEC Cell Phone None
key pad wont align...

HI, we have just brought the phone and its a chinese import , we cant get the phone to align the keys in the message section the , if you press 1 then 3 lights up , or delete/spaceback then P lights up ... have calibrate touchpad many times , even tryed calibrating it wrongly but to no avail... any help appreciated , regards Sara x

0 don't tap directly on the letter but slightly to the right. mine has the same problem
