the manual is in french and german and I only read english. I am having trouble figuring out this phone after having an iphone forever. how do you load numbers to this phone?

0 I want to use my cell iphone in Switzerland. It is a G3 from US and need to activate it somehow because it is charged but will not dial. Where do I go to get a new sim card for iphone use in Switzerland?
