Question About Philips Cell Phone CD440
"Recherche"...

I would need some help pls. I live in Malaysia but i bought the phone in France .Plugged it in but why it keeps saying "Recherche" Do i have to wait for it to totally charged to be able to configure the phone? And is it possible to change the langugage to english. Thanks. May
