I need the AV output cable to hook this up to a TV...

I need the AV output cable to hook this up to a TV for the kids when we go on vacation? I thought we had one in the beginning, but now can't find any that works with red, white, yellow on one end and black/yellow on the dvd end. Thanks for your help!
