Question About Samsung Cell Phone GT-15510M
can't clear the mail icon for a voice mail i cannot access...

Hi I have a notification that says " 4124 you have a reply to a text to landline" that was sent by accident.....I can't access it, and clearing notifications doesn't help...it just keeps coming back....how do I get rid of it so I don't keep getting the envelope icon saying I have a message?
