Question About Samsung Cell Phone schu SCH-U360
Can't turn the power off...

I use the "end" key and it looks like it has powered off, but very shortly it plays a little tune and is back on. It runs the battery down very fast. Had it just over a year and already had to replace the battery....but it is still doing the same thing.
