Question About Samsung Cell Phone CE0168
country lock...

I am in Srilanka and I received samsung CE0168 AS A GIFT from one of my friends I cannot operate this phone when i switch on it reads sim not supported may be due to country lock how do i break the country lock .........susil Hettiarachchi my email susilpts@hotmail.com
