5 First did you try entering the last 4 of your telephone number as you password. If that doesn't work you may have to do a complete master reset on the phone which will unfortunately erase everything on the phone unless you have everything backed up some where. Here is what you do Press VOLUME + CAMERA + POWER keys together at the same time and hold them down. Here is a video link I hope it works! http://youtu.be/EZnO1eNGqUo
