I have a Samsung Galaxy S model# SGH-T959V and the menu, and back arrow soft keys are the only ones lit up. Also, NONE of the soft keys function AT ALL. Tried master reset, nothing seems to help. All other functions of the phone apear to work correctly. Please provide an explenation, and solution.
