My phone suddenly has an orange or rust-coloured screen but I cannot turn the phone on or off - it is frozen on that screen, which has nothing else on it - no icons of any kind - and won't go to a home page or show the time - nothing - it is just an orange blank. What can have happened and how can I fix it?
