my samsung gravity t works with my friends sim car...

my samsung gravity t works with my friends sim card but with mine it is stuck on no sim mode, how can i change this so i can use the phone

There are three possibilities available to get no sim mode message? 1.Check your sim whether it's properly inserted or not.No means,you should take the SIM card out of your mobile device and carefully reinsert the SIM card 2.A faulty charger that is not connected properly can result in your phone displaying the “no SIM mode” error message. 3.In some cases, unlocking your phone may also cause the error message to occur.It means your previous unlocking solution was not permanent one.So try to unlock your phone with a help of permanent unlocking service provider like http://www.wickedunlock.com/samsung-gravity-t/rs5wp9/
