Need Manual...

I own a T-Mobile [SamSung SGH-R225M]...but I cannot reset the date from Feb 2006 nor can I figure out how to use text messaging. My manual is at home in Connecticut....but I am in Saudi Arabia. Can you email me instructions - please! Thank you.
