SCH-S380C keeps turning itself off and on after do...

SCH-S380C keeps turning itself off and on after downloading music to the memory card. I try to open the music player and the hour glass starts spinning and won't stop, then it shuts down and restarts to the home page. The SD card is 16 gb.
