I have just purchased a Samsung Spex cell phone from Cricket. I find their instruction info just mystifying. Two identification numbers are not even given. Is there something that gives a step by step process to operate the phone? I have only made slight use of cell phones in past years. verything is shown in letters rather than numbers such as one uses in phone numbers, and I do not even know how to reset that.
