Question About Samsung Cell Phone SGH-X640C

I cant make calls through the phone. My SIM card line is OK. I took out my SIM card to try it in another phone and it works but when i tried on my samsung it cant work. I tried cancelling by activating it my when i enter my password, it keeps saying not available.
