Question About Sanyo Cell Phone None
cell phone sanyo model rl-4930...

This cell phone was dropped and as a result of the drop I can not view the text messages. I can see them on the phone but I can not access the contents. I get a screen that says *new* after I try to view the text messages. Any suggestions about how to view the messages?
