I have a sync cable for my Katana II cell-phone, but the instructions that came with it on where to go on the web were incorrect. Does anyone know of a place I could download some software to run on Windows that would allow me to download contacts, pictures, etc. off the phone? Thanks.

2 I was able to download everything off my Sanyo Katana II phone by following 3 steps: 1) downloaded the Sanyo broadband software (not for the functionality, for the drivers it includes), and installed it 2) download the freeware Bitpim 3) adjusted the port Bitpim uses so it's not the USB modem port that Bitpim defaults to (it automagically detected I had the phone connected to a USB port with a cable)... that came from a posting on a discussion thread (on my system that meant switching from port 6 to port 7). After that, I could download the 2 things I wanted to get, my phonebook and the pictures I'd taken. Paul
