Question About Sanyo Cell Phone SCP-7050

Making a call from my Sanyo SCP-7050 cell phone is no problem. Party I call can hear me okay. HOWEVER, I can barely hear the party whom I am calling from my cell phone. What is the problem with my cell phone and how can I correct it?
