get it off vibration wont ring...

i have went thru every thing on this phone and can not change from vibrate to ring.

5 Go to profiles select G General Select A Activate Done

5 Go to profiles select G General select C Customize select Alert type select Ring Done.

0 I have been through my entire phone and cant get it off siclent. My phone dont have a profile tab. PLEASE HELP!
